Ingredients

  • Cornflour 1 laddle


  • Maida 1 laddle


  • Besan 1 laddle


  • Milk 1 1/2cup with soaked saffron


  • Sugar 4tsp


  • Clarified butter 6tsp cardamom powder 1/2tsp


  • Chop cashews 2tsp


  • Chirongi 1tsp


  • Chop pista 2tsp


  • Raisin 2tsp


  • Halves cut almonds 1/4cup


  • Tutti Frutti 2 tsp

Directions

  • Take a pan put 1 tsp ghee hot then add dry fruits fry .
  • Take a pan put 1tsp ghee hot add besan roast keep a side.
  • Take a pan put 1tsp ghee add cornflour roast and keep a side.
  • Take a pan put 1 tsp ghee add maida roast and keep a side.
  • Then take a pan put saffron milk and sugar mix then sugar dissolve keep a side.
  • Take a pan put 2 tsp ghee then add roasted besan, cornflour and maida mix and few roasted then add dry fruits and milk add make a halwa.
  • Take a serving bowl put halwa garnish halves cut almonds make a rose garnish tutti frutti.
